Responsible for opening banquet and restaurant kitchen, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets and running, restaurant line while leading co-workers in an orderly fashion. Supervised line staff or 8 line cooks and prep cooks while inspecting quality of food preparation, storage, temperature, appearance, cleanliness, and solving any issues that arose on a daily basis. Prepared meals serving anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000 guests within the catering events and served meals from 200 to 500 guests at the hotel on a daily basis.
